Digital Advertising Specialist job opening in Manhattan, NY.

Our growing dynamic team is currently seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our Marketing & Digital Innovations team at our new office space in Manhattan, New York. This qualified Specialist will be responsible for creating & managing digital ad campaigns across Google, Facebook & upkeep of the Bank’s online presence. This role will also manage digital design campaigns, track, measure & analyze the performance of these media sources & ad units, including providing regular reports & insights into the performance of campaigns to management.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent degree preferred;
  • 4+ years of Marketing, Digital Advertising or Facebook & Google Advertisement experience required;
  • Google Adwords certification preferred;
  • Knowledge of commonly used design & production application software (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, & Adobe Acrobat);
  • Proficient in working with HTML, CSS, web standards & its impact on creative & design with a strong understanding of the differences between email vs. web development;
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google AdWords & Facebook Blueprint strongly preferred;
  • Ability to use all Google products (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar);
  • Strong time management & communication skills;
  • Energy & enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced & highly collaborative environment;
  • Highly motivated, inquisitive, self-starter with the ability to multi-task & effectively manage priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects & the capacity to work under pressure & tight deadlines.

Job functions:

  • Design & version out email, landing pages, display banners, social media posts & digital experiences across the line of businesses;
  • Responsible for maintaining the brand's visual identity & standards, in addition to developing fresh & dynamic visuals for the brand & website;
  • Manage the company's pay per click & Facebook campaigns;
  • Analyze keyword search volumes to identify strong keywords for campaigns;
  • Keyword research to establish strong buying keywords;
  • Monitor competitors pay per click campaigns & report keywords being targeted;
  • Analyze return on investment of all PPC campaigns;
  • Maximize return on investment for allocated pay per click budget;
  • Run A/B split tests with pay per click wording to establish the best click through rates;
  • Allocate budget for remarketing & analyzing ROI;
  • Use Google analytics to ensure pay per click campaigns are targeting the optimum demographics;
  • Analyze the long-term needs of the marketing strategy & create reports on campaign successes to manager. Also outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan.
  • Develop campaigns, copy write, test landing pages & write development plans;
  • Collaborate with designers to produce creative ads for campaigns;
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites;
  • Optimize existing campaigns & maximize return on investment;
  • Maintain & monitor keyword bids & monthly budget caps;
  • Perform other duties & projects as assigned.
