Edward Lombardo is a commercial real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience in commercial mortgages.
Over the course of his career, Ed has specialized in commercial real estate (CRE) analysis and origination for a number of financial institutions in New York City. Currently, Ed is a CRE loan officer at Quontic Bank, where he enjoys using his deep experience to solve real estate problems and find creative solutions to CRE origination challenges.
Additionally, Ed has 13 years of experience as an adjunct professor of real estate at the New York University - Schack Institute of Real Estate. For the past twenty years, Ed has presented original seminars on real estate cycles. He is also a New York State certified real estate appraiser.
