  • 最高贷款对房值比率为 75%,最低信用评分为 700*
  • 最高贷款对房值比率为 65%,最低信用评分为 680*
  • 自雇借款人 – 会计师证明信以及 12 个月的 P&L 表2(无纳税申报表或 4506 表)
  • W2 借款人 – 雇佣验证
  • 资产验证 – 1 个月的银行对帐单(家人馈赠亦可接受)
