「輕便文件」(Lite Doc) 計劃指引綜述

  • 只適合自住物業(1-4 戶房屋、康斗公寓 (condo) 及合作公寓 (co-op))
  • 最高貸款對房值比率為 60% • 最低信用評分為 700
  • W2 借款人 – 僱傭驗證 (VOE)
  • 資產驗證 – 2 個月的銀行月結單。家人饋贈 亦可接受
  • 自僱借款人 – 會計師信和 12 個月損益表 (P&L,4506 號)
  • 成交後的流動現金 – 必需至少 12 個月的本 金、利息、稅款和保費 (PITI)
  • 必須在 Quontic 銀行不生息支票帳戶中保持 6 個月的 PITI
  • 資格要求、排除情況以及其他條款和條件適 用。
