John Richman manages Quontic Bank’s home mortgage office in Randolph, Mass.

John wrote his first loan in October 1986 and has been a dedicated loan officer ever since. Over the course of his 30 year career, John has seen and bit a part of every changing market there has been and has been able to transfer his wealth knowledge and expertise over to his clients. From VA loans and first-time home buyers to FHA loans and commercial real estate loans, John has written practically every type of loan there is.

John enjoys helping his clients find the right path and best borrowing solutions. He assists qualified individuals throughout not only the Boston area, but also the entire New England Region.

Born and raised in Brighton, Mass., approximately one mile from Fenway Park, John attended Boston Public Schools, as well as Suffolk University. In turn, John has an unique knowledge about the City of Boston that most others do not have. Having recently lived in South Boston, John has watched how the city and The Seaport District have changed so dramatically over the last five years he has an intimate knowledge of all that Boston has to offer.
